Design and Build Our full time designer, Chuck Foell has been with Crystal Clear Signature Pools for the past five years. He works with clients at their homes, providing ideas, doing rough sketches and offering general pricing. After the initial meeting, potential clients often wish to do a Design Contract which involves Chuck working out and illustrating the total design concept including pool, landscape and ancillary structures.
