Typically, a pool project will take approximately two months. Depending on the scope of the project, either Vince (owner) or our designer will meet you and discuss the proposed project. We will show you photos of work done similar to what you propose, discuss approximate costs, measure and photo-graph your property. In several days we will meet again to show you our original sketches and discuss costs. The initial plan may include a spa, cabana, fireplace, outdoor kitchen and landscape suggestions.

You may wish to hire the designer (at a minimal fee) to do full color renderings detailing the many design elements. If you are comfortable with the design and contract we can proceed to blueprints and engineering. Upon your approval we apply to your township for your permits.

After excavation, a crushed stone floor is added, reinforcing steel rods are added, and the plumbing and electrical lines are installed. Work is then inspected by your township and underwriters. Concrete pool shell is pneumatically applied, then tile and interior finish are completed. The security fence must be in place before water is added to pool. Special features and decking you selected are completed at various stages of the pool construction. Finally our service department will teach you everything about your pool.
